The children's book
Run Dog! Run!
will be introduced to the world by author Melissa Yeomans, and her son Isaac Yeomans.
Here are some of the things we have planned for this FUN event.
Spend some time with the stars of the story, "Boy" Isaac and "Dog" Xanthos.
Visit our FREE PHOTO BOOTH where you can get pictures with props straight from the photo illustrations in the book. Save your pictures for when you own your own copy of Run Dog! Run! Imagine the fun you will have finding the objects on the pages. Dog and Boy will also be available for a set time for photos. (Bragging rights included!)
Join our "Run Dog Race". We will divide into three packs, the Littles, the Middles, and the Bigs. Xanthos our "Dog" will take the first lap to kick off our races. The winner of each of the three races will recieve an autographed poster. All racers will get a "Run Dog Race" award.
Be sure to enter our drawing! The winner will get a special visit to their class from Melissa Yeomans, Xanthos, and Isaac.
Melissa will be reading Run Dog! Run! and give a presentation with Isaac. Watch the outakes slideshow and bring questions. We would love to answer them.
Head over to snack on the pile of BONE COOKIES and sip on lemonade or water.
Bring a picture of your family dog to share with Isaac. He will be picking out a puppy soon and he would love advice on what type of breed to choose.
Finally, a station will be set up to provide information about our Kickstarter Campaign for those of you who wish to help bring Run Dog! Run! to print. This is one way you can recieve a specially signed, first edition copy of Run Dog! Run!, and other special offers!
